The Power To Reclaim (T.P.T.R.)

I want to join forces with women all across the country both nationally and internationally in putting an end to domestic violence, abuse, (whether physically, sexually or emotionally) and molestation. I speak as a victim and as a survivor. We have to come together to strengthen one another during these difficult times because most of what us "survivors" have gone through have either weakened us, made us bitter, limited us or made us question our own self esteem.

We need to be an advocate or mentor for other women. These women I speak of are our children, our mothers, niece, aunts, cousins, sisters, friends and even our grandmothers. Some are in fear of speaking up due to shame, embarrassment, protection, feelings, confusion, people's reactions, being judged, disbelief; worried that no one will believe them.

It doesn't matter if it has been days, months, years or decades, you no longer have to keep your past in confidence. So us coming together supporting one another will not only strengthen us but help us to recover and overcome what we have been battling so that we can recover (from our past), heal, forgive and RECLAIM OUR POWER.
